Our Missions
Our Missions Ministry...

- Challenges our members to participate actively in Christian missions.
The following are some of the most important mission efforts that San Dimas Community Church United Church of Christ supports (click on the links to find out more about these specific missions).

We also allow a number of 12-step groups to use our facilities (particularly Tangeman Hall) for a small donation as part of our mission to the community.
**Throughout the church year, special offerings managed by the United Church of Christ national organization help us recognize and connect with others who have special needs. We are blessed with many opportunities to share, among which are:
- One Great Hour of Sharing (Spring)
- Strengthen the Church (Pentecost Sunday - Late Spring)
- Neighbors in Need (World Communion Sunday - First Sunday in Oct.)
- The Christmas Fund (The Sunday before Christmas)
These funds fight poverty and help victims of war and natural disasters around the world, support retired clergy, and fund UCC outreach efforts (including new churches). Last year, our church was the 5th most generous donor per capita to these funds in our conference of 151 UCC churches.
